February arrangement - Mariam De Giorgio

A generous bouquet fills a dark plum vase set on two stacked books: cream and white roses, a single pink rose at the left, spikes of cobalt and pale blue blossom, lilac and a soft peach bloom, with a yellow tulip drooping at the right. Green and near-black leaves cut through the mass, and the whole arrangement stands against a deep aubergine ground laid on in broad strokes.
