A tie-dyed teapot in red, green and blue takes the centre of this symmetrical folk composition, its handle wound with a fine drawn vine. Coral birds carrying tulip blooms, warm orange teacups planted with fir trees, pink petal shapes and silver leaf sprigs mirror each other across a soft washed background of lemon yellow and mint.
