Lunar Play - Nanna Paavig

A grid of cream and pale pink squares floats on a bright bubblegum background, four columns wide and six rows deep. Circles in tangerine, marigold, orchid and magenta sit around and across it, several of them cut clean in half where the checkerboard ends, so they read like moons rising and setting behind the pattern. Each circle changes tone across its own quarters, warmer on one side and cooler on the other, and no two are placed on the same line.

Created by Danish illustrator Nanna Paavig, who works in flat, saturated colour and simple geometric shapes. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
