Midnight Bouquet - Devour Art

Nine black roses stand in a clear glass vase on an ochre table, painted in thick ridges of paint that hold the shape of every petal. Behind them a yellow disc of light spreads across a teal ground, laid in with short directional strokes that circle the flowers. Green leaves catch the light at the edges of the bouquet, and a few orange flecks run through the table.
