No Drama - Dikhotomy

A Rococo allegory of painting after François Boucher: a young woman in grey-green silk and blue drapery reclines on clouds holding out a brush, while three cherubs gather round an oval canvas, one raising a laurel wreath. Across the canvas NO DRAMA PLEASE is scrawled in dripping red brush lettering, and every face now weeps thin white tears. The rest of the painting keeps its soft blue sky, cream clouds and warm peach skin.

Dikhotomy works over a reproduction of the old-master oil, adding the red lettering and the tears as flat, graphic paint that sits on top of the Rococo glazes. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
