Nyhavn - Anna Milewska

The painted townhouses of Nyhavn line the quay in mustard, powder blue, cream and red, a black wooden sailing ship moored in front of them and the harbour water rippling below. Above the masts, a white dove crosses the frame with a red rose in its beak - a single composited element dropped into an otherwise straight Copenhagen photograph. Bright summer sky, awnings out, and a small argument for peace floating over the city.
