Seaside love - Debbie Seenan

Bold pools of scarlet, coral and hot pink bleed into turquoise, emerald and navy across the whole sheet. Fine black lines draw sea plants, fan-shaped corals and seed heads over the colour, and small white circles float up through it like bubbles.
