Snap No2 - Dan Hobday

The second in the Snap series works in a cooler register than No1: pale cream and against deep charcoal and black, with a central snapping gesture that feels both fragile and decisive. The scraped and layered surface adds physical depth to what might otherwise be a stark graphic composition. This is the most restrained piece in the series — quiet but tense.
