A panther chameleon hangs head-down on a pale branch, gripping it with one front foot while its tail curls round a second stem behind. The skin is a mosaic of turquoise, mint and rust beads with a yellow stripe along the jaw, and the conical eye turret is turned straight at the lens. The background is a soft blur of turquoise.
